Emmy-award winning presenter Jeannie Mai could not contain her excitement for her first trip to the Philippines, a recent video shared by the Miss Universe Philippines 2024 pageant online showed.

“Hi everybody, it’s Jeannie Mai here, and I’m so excited. I’m coming to the Philippines for my very first time,” the Hollywood host said in a video posted on the Miss Universe Philippines social media accounts on Tuesday evening, May 14.

Mai, best known for the reality makeover show “How Do I Look?” and who has appeared in several editions of the Miss Universe pageant, will be one of the hosts of the 2024 Miss Universe Philippines coronation show at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City on May 22.

3rd Rock Grid residents find new homes on ZetaWorlds – Hypergrid Business

Today was the last day of 3rd Rock Grid, one of the oldest grids in OpenSim.

The grid announced that it was closing back in March, and, since then, many of the former residents have found their way to other grids, with ZetaWorlds being a popular destination.

Start at Sirocco, which is slated to by the administrative hub of the new 3rd Rock Grid expat community once its done. There is already land available for rent, starting at $2.50 a month for a 10,000-prim Second Life-sized region.

TikTokers Say App is ‘Part of American Life’ in Lawsuit Against U.S. Gov

A coalition of TikTok creators filed a joint lawsuit Tuesday against the U.S. government in hopes of preventing the popular social network from being banned early next year.

The lawsuit, filed by eight influencers, asserted that the potential ban would not only strip them of their way of living, but rob others of a critical “part of American life.”

The 33-page complaint largely echoes the same arguments TikTok made in a lawsuit it filed itself last week, claiming that a ban of the social network would be a First Amendment violation that robs 170 million U.S. users of their freedom.
