February 26 (SeeNews) – Bosnia and Herzegovina’s web hosting and IT services provider Globalhost said it has acquired local peer Genesis, it said in a social media post on Saturday.
Through the acquisition, Globalhost strengthens its offering in segments such as shared web hosting, reseller hosting, VPS and dedicated servers, and server colocation service, local news provider Poslovni Svijet reported on Friday.

The value of the transaction was not disclosed.
Based in Novi Travnik, Globalhost provides web hosting services since 2002. The company owns its own data centre.
