David Tennant admits he’s ‘not nervous’ ahead of hosting the BAFTA Film Awards

David Tennant is feeling “nervous about [his] lack of nerves” when it comes to hosting the prestigious EE BAFTA Film Awards.

The Doctor Who star – who is presenting this Sunday (18th February)’s ceremony at the Royal Festival Hall, London – admitted to his lack of nerves while speaking exclusively with virginradio.co.uk about the role last month.

“People keep asking me how nervous I am, and I’m beginning to get nervous about my lack of nerves. I’m just sort of excited about it at the moment,” Tennant said. “I’m just thinking what a hoot, what a lark, to be asked to do something that’s so far out of my comfort zone, in a way.
