Lumbini hosting ‘Buddhist International Travel Mart’ from May 11

LUMBINI: Lumbini will be hosting the ‘Buddhist International Travel Mart’ aiming to promote tourism in the birthplace of Gautam Budhha.
The event to be supported by the Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation, Nepal Tourism Board and the Nepal Association of the Tour and Travel Agents (NATTA) has been scheduled to be held on May 11-13.
The event being held under the theme, ‘Explore the Buddha Land’, is expected to be attended by over 200 people who include tourism entrepreneurs, Buddhist Bhikchus, and representatives from the Buddhist associations.
