A: We offer basic support to our customers, however we do not provide any “24/7” support, or managed support.
Q: What is your refund policy?
A: We will refund within 3 days if you are not satisfied with your service (one time).
Q: Do you offer backup services?
A: Backup is available user-side through DirectAdmin, and our server is automatically backed up every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. 6 server backups are kept at a time.
Q: Do you offer domain registration or transfer?
A: Currently we do not, you need an existing domain to use our services, however we are investigating several options for the future.
Q: Are the features really unlimited?
