Ryan Seacrest Allegedly ‘Left Squirming’ after Girlfriend Aubrey Paige Made Him Quit Kelly Ripa’s ‘Live’ and Demanded $450M Rich TV Host Marry Her at Any Cost

After hosting ABC’s Live with Kelly and Ryan since 2017, Ryan Seacrest announced his plans to leave the show earlier this month. Followed by Seacrest’s departure, Kelly Ripa’s husband Mark Consuelos will join her as co-host, and the talk show is expected to be branded Live with Kelly and Mark. The Live host also shared the news on his Instagram explaining that he would be busy with some of his upcoming projects as the reason for his departure.

However, seems like he missed out on one of the reasons. New reports claim that one of the reasons Seacrest left the talk show is because of his girlfriend, Aubrey Paige, who is reportedly looking forward to a proposal from the talk show host.

Trump-backed Truth Social app allegedly owes $1.6m in unpaid hosting fees

Former president Donald Trump’s conservative social media safe haven, Truth Social, is being accused by a vendor of nonpayment of upwards of $1 million in hosting fees, according to a report from Fox Business on Thursday.

The allegations come from RightForge, an internet infrastructure company, and one of Truth Social’s biggest vendors and creditors. If true, Fox Business reports, it would suggest that the social media platform’s finances “are in significant disarray.”

RightForge entered into an agreement to host Truth Social on its servers in October 2021 when the platform was created. The social media app was founded after Trump was banned from Twitter following the Jan. 6 riot and is meant to encourage “an open, free, and honest global conversation without discriminating on the basis…

Scammers Allegedly Using Retired Attorneys’ Identities in Timeshare Fraud

A lawsuit seeking to shut down a website using an attorney’s identity to perpetrate a timeshare scheme is the latest example of how lawyers are targeted in fraud scams.

A group of unidentified scammers are allegedly using the personal information of retired Maryland attorney George E. Johnson to defraud property owners looking to sell their timeshare in Cancún, Mexico, according to a lawsuit filed Sunday in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
