A concert dedicated to the 127th anniversary of the birth of the
founder of Azerbaijani professional vocal art and one of the
founders of the national musical theatre, People’s Artist Murtuza
Mammadov (Bulbul), has been held in Baku, Azernews

The event was organised by Bulbul Memorial House-Museum as well
as Bulbul Vocal School, founded by Honoured Artist Ramil
Gasimov.

anniversary of the start of the Great Patriotic War,

The event was co-organised by the Baku Music Academy and the
Russian House in Baku.

At the opening, Bishop Alexy of Baku and Azerbaijan addressed

Ganja city has hosted spectacular concert dedicated to the

The event was co-organized by the Ganja State Philharmonic Hall,
Ganja Executive Power and the Ganja-Dashkensan Regional Department

prominent Azerbaijani composer, Honored Artist Gambar Huseynli,
Azernews reports.

The event is organized within the project “Ganja and Ganja of
People”.

The concert titled “Ay işığında” will take place on June 1 at
19.00. The evening will feature compositions from the composer’s
repertoire.

Gambar Huseynli was born on April 16, 1916 in Ganja city. He is
the author of various musical works, about 100 romances and songs,
