Large quantities of servers from an unknown customer without mentioning the use case always is subject to scrutiny.
When we get these requirements, we ask for 6 months upfront for that kind of usage.
Even so, that price isn’t doable. If a provider goes fully consumer grade, it is still not doable unless, of course, everyone here pretty much knows what.
