Movmi, in collaboration with EIT Urban Mobility and Loud Mobility, is to host a three-day shared mobility summer school in London, UK.

From Mindshift to Modeshift takes place 20-22 August, 2024, and is designed for urban transportation professionals and to address critical aspects of shared mobility, future growth potential and behaviour change.

The programme will comprise a mixture of theoretical knowledge, practical insights, and networking opportunities with senior professionals, policymakers, and local experts.

The Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) has said it is investigating a possible data breach after a hacker revealed data for sale on a dark web forum.

LAUSD is the second-largest public school district in the United States, counting more than half a million students for the 2023-2024 school year. Furthermore, it has almost 50,000 employees, including almost 26,000 teachers.

In England, a two-day event centered around artificial intelligence and education takes place soon. Set for the 30th and 31st of October, the hackathon in London will invite participants to experiment with AI. The objectives include simplifying administrative duties for teachers and being able to provide personalised student feedback.
