THE weekend anchors of Good Morning America have taken over the seats of the entire hosting panel.

On Friday morning, viewers noticed regulars Robin Roberts, 63, Michael Strahan, 52, and George Stephanopoulos, 63, were missing from GMA.

Their empty seats were filled by anchors Sam Champion, 62, Whit Johnson, 41, Janai Norman, and Gio Benitez, 38.

Viewers were not given an explanation as to why the new anchors headed into the Saint Patrick’s Day weekend early.

Meanwhile, Michael has been missing from the morning show for five days in a row now.

Bollywood superstar Salman Khan has returned as the host of the controversial reality show Bigg Boss 17, and it is all set to premiere on television on October 15, Sunday. And with the increasing popularity and demand of the show, the host will be seen taking home a massive paycheck for hosting the weekend episodes of Bigg Boss 17.

Salman will be seen introducing the contestants of the season on Sunday, following which, he will grace the show only on Saturdays and Sundays for the highly-anticipated Weekend Ka Vaar episodes.

And as per reports, the star will take home a staggering amount of Rs 200 crore for hosting the show.

A post on Twitter, now known as X, that has been shared more than 800 times says: “Is anybody aware that every year when [Notting Hill carnival] is on the HOME OWNERS of Kensington & Chelsea borough are given £3k per household to go away for the weekend because of the “inconvenience” carnival brings them. Ever since I found out I’ve been flabbergasted.”

This council told us this is not the case.

There is a scheme run by the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea in collaboration with Age UK, in which older residents on the carnival route can apply to go on a free seaside break.
