NEW YORK CITY, NEW YORK: ‘Today’ show’s rare fill-in, Peter Alexander, recently replaced three of the main hosts of the NBC show, namely Craig Melvin, Hoda Kotb, and Savannah Guthrie, who were absent on Tuesday.

While Guthrie and Kotb had been missing from ‘Today’ for quite some time, Melvin was nowhere to be seen on Tuesday’s broadcast.
The host’s absence was filled in by a surprising ‘Weekend Today’ host, Peter Alexander who joined Sheinelle Jones in place of Melvin, Guthrie, and Kotb.
