Whatever your feelings about Ryan Seacrest taking the “Wheel” from Pat Sajak, at least it’s been a relatively quick, decisive process.

Jeopardy champion James Holzhauer took to Twitter on Tuesday to comment on Seacrest being named the new “Wheel of Fortune” host — and mock the long, winding road “Jeopardy!” went on to find a replacement for the late Alex Trebek.

(Trebek died in late 2020 after a lengthy battle with pancreatic cancer.)

After the sad passing of Alex Trebek, who had hosted Jeopardy! since its return in 1984, Jeopardy! producers looked to fill the shoes he left behind.
