New shared ownership properties in New Milton

Five new shared ownership properties in Moore Close, New Milton are nearing completion, with applications due to open in October.

We have developed the five new houses, which have been designed and built to meet high energy efficiency standards.

They include extra thermal insulation, triple glazing, photovoltaic roof panels, and heating provided by air source heat pump technology. The carpeted homes incorporate a fitted kitchen with built in appliances, two dedicated parking spaces for each property with an electric vehicle charging point, and a private garden.
